These quiet environmentally friendly 2-stroke engines offer more power, speed and torque than their 4-stroke equivalents. They hold a 3-Star certification from the stringent California Air Resource board and received the US Environmental Protection Agency's Clear Air Excellence Award for 2005

E-TEC engines are extremely reliable and trouble free. So much so in fact they require no scheduled dealer maintenance for 3 years or 300 hours. They are so reliable that every E-TEC engine comes with an industry leading three-year non-declining limited warranty for recreational use.
